It is also one of the pestiferous cancers among the types of cancers. As known that cancer is the growth of unusual cell, similarly pancreatic cancer is the growth of uncontrolled cell in the pancreas. Of course the development of the cells in the pancreas gets leveraged and it is called as metastasis. This process makes the cell migrate to other parts of the body by spreading it through the blood or lymph systems. The symptoms of the pancreatic cancer are highly difficult to identify as it doesn’t show any symptoms in the initial stage. As the cell tumour grows it shows symptoms like pain in the upper abdomen, loss of appetite, significant weight loss, nausea etc. Although there are several symptoms it can be identified as cancer only at the advanced stage. The treatment options are obviously the surgery, chemotherapy, radiation. There are no specific preventive measures where the researchers advise to quit smoking and maintain a healthy diet.
